I led the writing and conversation design for NDWA’s chatbot, La Alianza, created to connect and support domestic workers online. My work focused on crafting clear, trustworthy dialogues that engaged users and guided them towards useful resources.
As a direct result of my work, the chatbot became a powerful survey tool that transformed the way we learn, understand, and meet the needs of domestic workers at scale.
